The "Midi" ship's steam system is already assembled on a base plate, test run and ready for use straight from the packaging.
The upright boiler is ideal for installation in an open barge such as the Krick ANNA. The model should have a water displacement of between 10-15kg. The steam engine with 2 oscillating cylinders is powerful enough for propellers in the 50-70mm range. A reversing valve for forward/reverse travel is already installed.
In addition to the engine, the set consists of a boiler with tubular burner, pressure gauge, siphon and gas tank.
The system is suitable for operation with liquid gas from commercially available gas cartridges. A transfer adapter is required for transferring gas into the gas tank. A remote-controlled gas tap is also available as an option.
