The motor current is the average continuous current at ‘full throttle forward’ that can flow for the duration of a battery discharge (1700 mAh). The currents depend on the model and on the individual driving style. Short-term, higher peak currents are possible without any problems. With the BEC system, a maximum of 2 servos can be operated with 8 - 10 NC cells and a maximum of 3 servos with 5 - 7 NC cells. When using a separate receiver battery, pull the red wire at the receiver connection of the controller out of the plug housing and isolate it.
How the dynamic brake and reverse function When the forward speed range is exceeded, the reverse speed range is briefly used as a proportional brake. After that, this range is used for stepless reversing. The transition from ‘brake’ to ‘reverse’ is not abrupt but gentle.
