Bluetooth module BTC-1

A small gadget for our sound ride controllers of the SFR series and the sound module USM-RC-3.

With the Bluetooth module BTC-1, the functions of the modules can be controlled via Bluetooth using the Android app "SFR-1 Controller".

The range is, due to the low transmission power of smartphones and tablets, usually between 10 and 30 meters! The control via Bluetooth, is therefore only suitable for models that do not exceed this distance to the transmitter!

With the app, all additional functions (additional sounds, WAV player, lights, servos, etc.) can be switched via graphical buttons on the display. With a SFR module, control of the ride (throttle and steering) is also possible. Simultaneous operation of standard RC transmitter and Bluetooth controller is no problem.

The app "SFR-1 Controller" is free and can be installed via the Google Play Store, on any Bluetooth-enabled Android device from Android version 5.1.

The app is still in beta phase, so it may happen that the app does not run on every smartphone or tablet.

Functions of the app "SFR-1 Controller

    Throttle and steering via position sensor of the Android device
    Throttle and steering via touch control in the control pad
    20 freely assignable buttons
    30 freely assignable buttons, if you don't want to drive via the app. Quasi like a graphical multiswitch module.
    Buttons can be labeled as desired
    Buttons with or without memory mode
    Volume adjustable
    Model memory for any number of models

Important: Starting with Android 6.0, the "location sharing" for Bluetooth BLE must be activated for the app, otherwise the Bluetooth module cannot be found!

The app only works with Android, but not on devices with other operating systems (Apple/iOS, Windows Mobile, etc.).
