Finished sail set for the kit Amerigo Vespucci 1:100
The finished sail sets are carefully pre-sewn and hemmed at the edges. At the corners they are provided with longer pieces of line for attachment. The sails can be easily ironed into shape and also stretched and ironed to the desired size. Strongly diluted black tea is recommended for ageing the fabric.
Blocks, rings and rigging twine for rigging the sails are not included in either the kit or the sail set and must be purchased separately.
