Sailboat Lili

The sailboat Lili is built on a thermoformed plastic hull with precisely cut
laser parts made of wood (mahogany, birch). The kit is also aimed at beginners in the sailboat scene. However, some basic knowledge in handling different materials and tools should be present.

The precision-fit parts make for easy assembly.
The cockpit is assembled in one piece and then inserted and glued into the hull. The brackets for the mast are already specified in the deck. The deck lines have been laser engraved. The boat includes many details and fittings such as blocks, winches, pulleys. A boat stand is also included. The sails have already been laser cut to fit and can be controlled using a servo. The required ballast is also included in the kit.

A building instruction in 3D style explains the construction of the model impressively and well comprehensible.

If the model is to be operated by remote control, an RC system with min.2 channels is required. For the sail adjustment a powerful standard servo is sufficient, for the rudder a mini servo is to be planned.
