Sailingyacht with brass keel 1:12 RC construction kit

The first kite was built in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 1929. The sailing characteristics of the boat were so extraordinarily good that this type of boat quickly spread throughout Europe and the rest of the world. Over the course of time, the dragons were modified further and further, so that today only the shape of the hull corresponds to the original. In 1948, the boat class became Olympic and all dimensions were subject to the Olympic standard.

This kit is based on the classic frame construction method. All wooden parts are precisely laser-cut. A 1:1 construction plan, building instructions and all wooden, plastic and fitting parts required for construction are included.

This model is also suitable as an RC model. The ballast keel, rudder, mast and sail cloth are included.
