Running Hardware Riva Aquarama V2 brushless

A beautiful Riva model necessarily needs a powerful drive. With this set we have put together a drive that is fast but does not go to the limits of what is technically possible.

The shafts are mounted on two bearings and are absolutely maintenance-free. The rudders are made of plastic and comply with the manufacturer's specifications. For the power transmission from the motor we have chosen a rigid coupling - not so easy to install but if it is done right the best solution. The motor is a sensor controlled brushless motor that can be driven very sensitively - with a quiet start and high torque. With 1200 rpm per volt comes plenty of propulsion. The controller is already integrated on the motor. More space and less cables in the engine compartment. Two beautiful brass screws that also fit the blade shape to the model are in the set and should turn quickly through the water.
For cooling, cooling ring and the necessary material such as inlet/outlet and silicone hose is included.

The assembly of the drive must be planned at your own discretion and differs from the instructions from the Amati kit. The shafts must be shortened to fit and the motor repositioned ! We do NOT supply a motor mount as the cooling jacket does not fit into a standard mount - an aluminum L profile from the hardware store can be a solution here.

With this concept batteries up to 3S or 4-9 NC cells can be driven.
Not included are linkages for the rudders and batteries ! Please remember to deactivate the BEC on the second controller !
