historical ship model kit "H.M. GRANADO"

The bombarde Granado was commissioned on 14 September 1741. Her design goes back to Thomas Slade, who later built the Victory. Granado's lines and carvings were very unusual for this type of ship, as she was originally intended to be used as a slop. With the advent of the so-called Seven Years' War, the Granado was converted into a bombard with two 13-inch mortars. It had a very successful career as a bombarde. The Granado kit consists of laser-cut keel, frames and decks. All parts are included in exemplary quality metal and wood. Detailed building plans, instructions and the parts for the boat stand complete the project.
