Validity

The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and services between JOJO Modellbauvertrieb and its customers. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer are expressly rejected. All deviations require express written confirmation in order to be valid.

Payment

Delivery is always made by cash on delivery or advance payment or payment by Mastercard or Visa without any deduction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Retention of title

The delivered goods shall remain the property of JOJO Modellbauvertrieb until all claims arising from the business relationship have been paid.

Warranty

We assume the statutory warranty for all goods. Damage or faults caused by incorrect operation, use of force or natural wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Prices and availability:

All prices quoted are non-binding offers in EURO incl. VAT. No liability is accepted for errors and printing/typographical errors. All prices are subject to price changes by the manufacturer! Delivery will be made within 7 working days if the article is in stock at JOJO Modellbau.
